Who we are
DeGooL For AI-Based Cyber Security Solutions W.L.L., 25 Saud Bin Abdulaziz St, Al Kuwait, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
Demo requests: your name, organisation, work email, optional phone number, the service you selected, and anything you type into the message field.
Research requests: your name, work email, and optional organisation, together with which study you asked for.
Job applications: your name, email, optional phone number, optional cover note, and the CV file you attach.
In every case we also store a keyed hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string. We do not store the raw IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to send you the document you asked for, or to assess your application. This is processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in operating a business.
The hashed IP address and user-agent are processed for security: rate limiting, abuse investigation, and the audit trail our own certifications require.
Cookies
This site sets exactly one cookie, named degool_csrf. It holds a random anti-forgery token, is required for the contact forms to work, expires after eight hours, and is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking. Because it is strictly necessary it does not require consent.
There are no third-party analytics, advertising or social cookies. If Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare may set its own strictly necessary cookie when you interact with a form.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell contact data and we do not pass it to advertising networks. Data submitted here is visible to DeGooL staff handling your enquiry, and to our hosting provider as a processor.
Where it is stored, and for how long
On infrastructure operated by DeGooL. CV files are stored outside the web root and are never publicly accessible.
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to answer them and to keep an audit record; applications for the duration of the recruitment process and any period you consent to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@degool.example and we will respond within one month.
Reporting a vulnerability
Security researchers should write to security@degool.com. A PGP key is available on request. See /security.txt.
